SHARE 2 scores deposit-time evidence. Remediation, adoption, and reuse require their own versioned outcome release. This pilot does not substitute legacy S-Impact values or imply that a higher score caused reuse.
Before the October 5 submission
Turn the pilot into challenge evidence.
Build the cohort
Generate a reproducible NCI-linked manifest across ClinicalTrials.gov, GEO, and SRA.
Audit the evidence
Manually review at least 50 stratified records and publish check-level agreement and limitations.
Test the loop
Run recommendations with external cancer data stewards and measure completion, timing, and score change.
